Apsara Houses; House with A Rooftop Jacuzzi

Apsara is a grouping of 3 houses located in Holistika, a customs focused on respecting nature. Achieving the integration with the natural landscape lies the objective of this project. Each consists of a room, a fully equipped bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with a terrace, and a rooftop with a jacuzzi. And then fancy!

The placement is washed to save all the trees on the property, minimizing environmental impact and create a infinite that respects and blends into the context. In this fashion, it achieves a natural and random composition between the three modules without losing privacy. It also provide views and ventilation for all spaces.

The pool, which acts equally a water mirror and refreshing chemical element, connects the three houses and creates common spaces and public spaces at the aforementioned time.

Under the shade of the trees and following the shapes, angles and cracks they marked, this project was created to create a fresh space nether the hot Tulum sunday.

The materials on the walls, ceiling, and floor stand out for their warm and neutral tones. Chukum, typical of the area, are used for their watertight properties and minimize slap-up. Its versatility allows information technology to exist used both indoors and outdoors, together with woods and stone finishes.
